Rowan-Cabarrus Community College has announced the appointment of Wilmer Melton, III to the College’s Board of Trustees. All City of Kannapolis offices will be closed on Monday, September 2, in observance of the Labor Day holiday. Garbage and recycling collection services will run on its normal schedule. As Fall approaches, the Village Park Rotary Express, Splash Pad, and Carousel attractions will operate on a limited schedule after Labor Day.
