The Engineering Division coordinates infrastructure projects in the City of Kannapolis. Our responsibilities include funding, planning, development, construction, and maintenance of these complex projects. We provide development review, project management, Right-of-Way permitting, water quality permitting and inspections, construction inspection and administration, and in-house design services for municipal projects. We collaborate with all other City departments as well as local, state and federal agencies to ensure quality projects are built in the City.
