Kannapolis has plenty of spooky events to help you enjoy Halloween. From a theatre performance of Hocus Pocus, to a book release party for two new Young Adult mystery thriller novels. A mystery dinner theatre event at the Laureate Center rounds out the fun during this season.

The famed Sanderson Sisters are coming to the Swanee Theatre for a performance including their iconic "I Put A Spell On You". A meet and greet will follow the performance! Hurry – tickets are going fast for this performance. This event is appropriate for all ages and will start promptly at 6 p.m.

Midnight Reads Book Release Event with Authors Rowana Miller and Roselyn Clarke

Celebrate Halloweek with Young Adult Thriller Authors Rowana Miller and Roselyn Clarke. Rowana Miller is releasing her debut book, Secrets of the Blue Hand Girls and Roselyn Clarke is releasing her debut book, Now She’s Dead.
Both novels are spine tingling thriller page turners that will get you into the spirit of the horror season.
Admission is free for this Tweens and Teens event which begins at 6 p.m. The authors will sign books, answer your questions and then attendees will be able to enjoy a book fair with more books, music, dancing, literary gifts for purchase and much more spooky fun. Wear a costume and join us for the fun spirited evening.

Mystery Dinner Theatre - Gobble, Gobble, Death & Trouble

Gobble, Gobble, Death & Trouble. Enjoy dinner while participating in a live action mystery! The show is rated PG-13 and is recommended for adults and mature teens. This is an interactive show and requires audience participation.
Doors Open at 5:30 p.m. with dinner served and the show begins at 7 p.m.
This event will be held at the Laureate Center in the Kannapolis City Hall.
