Kannapolis residents who completed the Kannapolis 101 Academy were recently recognized by the Kannapolis City Council.

Through the nine-week program, these residents received a behind-the-scenes look at how the City operates—from police and fire to budgeting, parks and much more.

This year’s Kannapolis 101 class graduates are: Aaron Tallman, Ann Marie Smith, Bonita Richardson, Christine Roberts, Darin Anderson, Demetra Grigley, Elizabeth Perez, Jailene Lopez, James Haney, Jamie Richardson, Jim Stavros, John Yarbrough, Joseph Smith, Justin Knoll, Linda Allison, Linda Jackson, Matthew Bradford, Michaele Molloy, Ned Benfield, Neha Motley, Robert Richardson, Sara Camuso, Shakeeka Hopper, Sydney Bradford and Thomas Head.
