Over 30 City of Kannapolis employees recently completed an the five-week week supervisory program called S.E.E.K. (Support Engage and Excel in Kannapolis). This program is coordinated and designed by the Kannapolis Human Resources Department.

The course is designed for City employees with supervisory experience. The program covers topics such as supervisor training, employment liability, benefits, safety in the workplace, internal and external communications, budget and personnel policy education. This interactive program is taught by in-house experts and outside consultants. It also includes tours and hands-on exercises to introduce employees to all departments of the city.
