The Kannapolis Customer Service Department has launched a new online payment portal for Utility Customers. The new portal will provide customers with the ability to conveniently monitor their accounts, easily see payment alerts, pay their utility bills, view their monthly usage, and update their account information.

Existing customers will not have to re-register but will be required to select the “forgot password” feature to reset the account password, prior to logging into the portal. All existing accounts will automatically be transferred, utilizing the same account number, account username, and the original email address.  To make the transition as smooth as possible, residents will not have to re-enroll in autopay.

Additional helpful information to know:

Customers who prefer to pay with cash can continue to do so by using one of the bill pay kiosks located in and around City Hall.

Customers opting to receive paperless billing can continue to receive their statements through e-bill documents.

Utility payment dates will not change.
