The City of Kannapolis’ West Avenue Shuttles, Thunder and Lightning, will return to Downtown Kannapolis this summer. The free shuttles will begin running today, Friday, April 3, just in time for the first Cannon Ballers homestand.

The shuttles will make a continuous loop between four designated stops: The NCRC public parking deck, the top of the horseshoe sidewalk, First Baptist Church, and the Swanee Theatre. A shuttle will arrive at each stop approximately every 5 minutes. The shuttles are ADA accessible.

The shuttles will run April 3 – December 19, 5 – 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
