The City of Kannapolis is once again planning the annual Jiggy with the Piggy Festival to be held the weekend of May 13-15, 2022. The festival will take place in Downtown Kannapolis and the City is seeking vendors to participate in the event. The City of Kannapolis Parks and Recreation Department has opened registration for Youth Baseball, Softball and Soccer. Registration closes March 6.   Youth Baseball and Softball Children must be between the ages of 5-15 as of May 1. The registration fee is $40 for Kannapolis residents and $60 for non-residents, which includes the cost of uniforms, practices, and games. Scholarships and sponsorships are available.
