The Kannapolis Police Department has launched a park ranger program. Park ranger personnel will be specifically assigned to the City’s parks and greenways. The park rangers are non-sworn members of the Police Department who will be able to assist patrons of Kannapolis park facilities who have non-emergencies. We invite you to donate school supplies and bookbags for children in kindergarten thru 12th grade. The Kannapolis Fire Department is offering non-certified CPR classes in July, August and September. Each class is only two hours and free to the public.
