A $17 million spec building is nearing completion in Kannapolis. The building is located on Kannapolis Parkway near Stewart-Haas Racing and the intersection of N.C. 73. It is also in close proximity to the new Kannapolis Amazon Distribution Facility. Triliad Development, Inc., a developer from California, is constructing the facility. City of Kannapolis Winter Weather Update – 9 a.m. – December 9, 2018 Streets are very treacherous at this time. The City is experiencing a mix of snow/sleet/freezing rain.
