Three new officers have joined the Kannapolis Police Department. The officers have completed their basic law enforcement training at Rowan Cabarrus Community College and are now starting their field training.   The new officers are: Jalan Coles, Noah Norfleet and Pedro Antonio “Tony” Ramirez.
