Rowan Cabarrus Community College advertising and graphic design instructor Bailey Wingler developed an interactive sidewalk mural on the North Carolina Research Campus in collaboration with Kannapolis City Schools arts instructor Chelsea Anderson and high school student Noelle Anthony. Kansas City Barbeque judges spent Saturday and Sunday very carefully judging over teams from eleven states who competed in the categories of chicken, ribs, pork, and brisket at the Jiggy with the Piggy Festival in Kannapolis. Congratulations to our Jiggy Dessert Winners! Over 100 community leaders and Jiggy festival sponsors spent Friday evening blind tasting and viewing the desserts. Please let your water run for 10-15 minutes and the discoloration will disappear.  The water is safe to drink.
