The City of Kannapolis, the Kannapolis Cannon Ballers and Old Armor Beer Company would like to thank the community for their generous donations to the Cabarrus and Rowan Veterans Food Drive. Within six weeks we received 3,260 pounds of food.   On Monday, The Kannapolis Youth Council sorted and prepared the food for delivery to the Cabarrus and Rowan County Veteran Services Offices. The program is open to Kannapolis and Cabarrus County residents, age 14 to 20, who are interested in a career in public safety.
