It's a great week to Discover Fun in Kannapolis with a concert and baseball.
4-7 p.m., Thursday, June 8th | Kannapolis Farmers Market | Intersection of Vance St. and Dale Earnhardt Blvd.
While supplies last, customers can receive a free reusable tote bag when making a purchase of $10 or more from a new vendor. The market is held every Thursday, 4-7 p.m. at the corner of Vance St. and Dale Earnhardt Blvd. The market will continue through September.
6 p.m., Thursday, June 8th | Thursdays on Main: The Embers | Veterans Park
Join us in Veterans Park at 6 p.m., this Thursday, June 8th for Thursdays on Main featuring the beach music band, The Embers. Veterans Park is located at 119 N. Main Street.
The concert is free to the public. Children 18 & under must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. No pets or smoking please.
Food/drinks will be available for purchase, or attendees can bring their own food and nonalcoholic drinks. Coolers are allowed with no outside alcohol. Coolers are subject to search. Lawn chairs are permitted.
Kannapolis Cannon Ballers Homestand - this week’s opponent is the Lynchburg Hillcats.
Come out to Atrium Ballpark this week and watch the Kannapolis Cannon Ballers take on the Lynchburg Hillcats. Games are: 7 p.m. Tuesday, June 6th, Wednesday, June 7th, Thursday, June 8th, Friday, June 9th, and Saturday, June 10th. The Cannon Ballers will also host a 1 p.m. game on Sunday, June 11th.
