Unfortunately, due to COVID restrictions the City of Kannapolis
will not be hosting a Christmas Parade this year.
We expect the Christmas Parade to return in 2021.
However, some of your Holiday Favorites are returning. Check out the Celebration of Lights and the Winterland Express; the Virtual Tree Lighting and more.
In addition, if you cannot visit Village Park to see Santa, he will be writing custom letters to children. If you would like to sign up your child to receive a letter from Santa contact us by November 30. Custom letters are $2 and include decorative envelops and postage from the North Pole.
Other holiday activities we will have for you and your family to enjoy include kits that you can pick up and do at home. These are: Elf on the Shelf - 25 days of Mischeif, Holly Golly Popcorn Kits, Christmas Activity Grab Bags, Take & Bake Sugar Cookies, and Make a Cinnamon Christmas Tree Ornament.
