KANNAPOLIS, N.C. – At the 10th Anniversary of the Jiggy with the Piggy Festival yesterday, over 400 of you came out in the rain to taste and judge some of the best pork in the United States. Prepared by the top Kansas City Barbeque Society Teams, the competition was serious business as people carefully tasted the many unique flavors and spices used to cook the pork. Thank you to everyone who braved the bad weather. Proceeds from ticket sales will be distributed to Kannapolis area non-profits.
