Summer is in full swing and The Swanee Theatre in Kannapolis has an exciting lineup of concerts and events to round out your summer and kick off the fall season. The wide variety of performances and affordable tickets ensures there is something for everyone to enjoy.

All concerts begin at 8 p.m. and are for those 18 and up unless noted below (under 18 allowed with legal guardian age 21+).
Yoga Classes at The Swanee
Tuesdays, August 12 – 26
Chair Yoga: 5 – 6 p.m.
Deep Stretch Yoga: 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.
Join us for a new series of yoga classes at The Swanee! There will be two different classes offered each Tuesday, beginning August 12. A Chair Yoga class will be taught from 5 – 6 p.m., and a Deep Stretch Yoga class will be taught from 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. Both classes are beginner-friendly.
Each class will be $5 per person. Space is limited, so pre-registration is encouraged. Please be sure to bring your own yoga mat and water!

Funny at The Swanee – Standup Comedy Show

Two Performances: 6:30 – 8 p.m. and 9 – 10:30 p.m.
Funny at the Swanee is back! Enjoy a spectacular live standup comedy show featuring comedians T Springs, Marvin Hunter, and HaHa Davis. There will be two performances to choose from, an early show at 6:30 p.m. (doors open at 5:30 p.m.), or a late show at 9 p.m. (doors open at 8 p.m.)
ZZ Top Notch: ZZ Top Tribute

The members of the band collectively have over 100 years of professional experience performing Classic Rock music. Shadows of the Night: Pat Benatar Tribute
