Head on down to Atrium Health Ballpark to cheer on your Kannapolis Cannon Ballers! Games will take place Tuesday, June 3 through Sunday, June 8. The Cannon Ballers will take on the Myrtle Beach Pelicans! Fireworks will follow the Friday and Saturday games.

Gem Theatre $2 Summer Matinees | Gem Theatre 10 a.m. & 12:30 p.m. | June 3 & June 5

Beat the heat this summer with the Gem Theatre’s Summer Movie Matinees! Join us at the Gem Theatre on Tuesday, June 3 for a showing of the film Croods and on Thursday, June 5 for a showing of the film Croods: A New Age. Tickets are $2 per person and show times are 10 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. on both Tuesday and Thursday. The Gem Theatre is located at 111 Laureate Way.

Concert in the Park: The Fray | Village Park | 7 p.m., Saturday, June 7

Help us kick off the Concert in the Park Summer Series on Saturday, June 7, with a performance by The Fray!

The concert is free to the public and will take place at 7 p.m. on Saturday, June 7 at Village Park on W. C Street.

Children 18 & under must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. You are welcome to bring your lawn chairs. No pets or smoking please. Food and drinks will be on sale in the park during the events.

A free shuttle is available. Please take time to review the parking map and shuttle stops. The shuttle service will be for concertgoers and will run from 5-11 p.m. Shuttle stops will be at the Cabarrus Health Alliance, the Nova Credit Union Overflow lot, City Hall, and Village Park. The concert and shuttle are free to the public.
