The Kannapolis Christmas Parade will be held at 6 p.m., on December 13, in Kannapolis. The downtown parade route includes Laureate Way and West Avenue.

Parade registration is now open! You do not want to miss participating in this event. All parade entries must be lit with holiday decorations. Thousands of lights decorate each parade entry which makes it one of the holiday’s most special nighttime events in North Carolina.

The parade is sponsored by the City of Kannapolis. Cash awards will be presented in the categories of bands, churches, civic organizations, and schools.

The deadline to register is 5 p.m., Saturday, November 1.
