The City of Kannapolis has adopted the Kannapolis Wastewater Allocation Policy. This policy will manage the limited amount of sewer capacity allocated to the City through the year 2027. The policy states that the City will have a Strategic Reserve of wastewater allocation that the Kannapolis City Council can choose to provide for affordable housing projects and small residential infill projects.
