This meeting format complies with the State of North Carolina, Cabarrus County, Rowan County and the City of Kannapolis State of Emergency Declarations in response to COVID-19 (Coronavirus). Governor Roy Cooper has also issued Executive Orders, which impose restrictions intended to slow the spread of COVID-19, which includes limiting large events and gatherings of more than 10 people indoors.
