We are celebrating Homeownership Month by hosting a free event Saturday, June 23, to give you all the information you need to know about buying a home.
The event will be held, from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m., at Kannapolis City Hall, 401 Laureate Way. Breakfast and registration begins at 8:15 a.m.
All participants will be eligible for a free Tri-Merge “soft-hit” mortgage credit report with a Homeownership Readiness Assessment. You will receive information about down payment assistance, foreclosure prevention programs, support services from nonprofit agencies, and more. You will also have the opportunity to meet with area lenders and realtors.
