4: 30 p.m., January 18: Mother Nature is helping us get the roads cleared this afternoon. Once the temperatures rose, the salt activated, and melting began.

Public Work crews are plowing the resulting slush. Most major roadways are clear and numerous secondary roads are beginning to melt.

Please be very careful overnight and in the morning as shady areas and other spots that did not clear today will freeze as the temperatures drop tonight.

We will pickup Friday's garbage/ recycling route tomorrow on it's regular schedule.

For the missed Wednesday and Thursday routes this week we will have additional information soon as we are in the process of looking at various options.

Thank you for your understanding!
